The Connections with GuWei Museum

The Guwei Museum, also part of the Sapientia Foundation, has many connections with our school.

As the first private museum in the southern district, the Guwei Museum is dedicated to organizing a rich variety of exhibitions and cultural education activities to promote the transmission of both Chinese and foreign cultures. It also conducts educational and innovative cultural creative activities, bringing new vitality to the cultural and artistic development of Hong Kong. Students currently enrolled in IIN&KG will gradually visit the museum, and children who graduate from IIN&KG are invited to join the Children's Club, where they can enjoy an immersive experience in art and culture at the museum.

The museum offers extracurricular activities and educational courses for children aged 6 and above on weekdays and weekends, such as calligraphy, mosaic, and painting classes. It has also established connections with primary and secondary schools in Hong Kong for external visits, allowing students to appreciate Chinese cultural heritage and engage in cultural exchange, with a focus on learning how to appreciate art. The museum provides educational materials and sketchbooks based on its collection and the patterns of its exhibits.
