Complete the admission form / online application. Upon presenting your completed application form to the school, an application fee of $40 will be applicable.

 

Parents are required to prepare a copy of the following documents for the submission of the application:

• A copy of the birth certificate of the child.
• One recent passport-sized photo of the child.

For non-locally born children, a copy of the child's passport pages showing the child's photo ID and HK Visa Approval Stamps must be attached to show the authorized residence.

 

After submitting your child’s application, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your application. A later email will be sent to you regarding the school tour. Parents are encouraged to attend the school tour to have a better understanding of the school’s value.

 

Notes：

As there are limited places, a meeting with the family and the child must assess the application. The  IIN&IIKG reserves the absolute rights to accept the application.

Personal data provided as part of an application for admission will, during the admissions process, be used solely for admission. In this connection, the data will be handled by kindergarten staff only. If you prefer not to receive information about other program, seminars and promotional activities from the school, please contact the school.

 

When the processing and consideration of all the applications for a particular program have been completed, the application of unsuccessful candidates will be destroyed.

 

The application of successful candidates will become part of the pupil file. In connection with this, the school’s staff will handle data.

 

Following the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, applicants have the right to access and correct their personal data contained in the application form and the right to request a copy of such data. Applicants wishing to access or make corrections to their data should submit written requests to Italian International Nursery & Kindergarten.

 

The school takes photos and videos of your child in all the school activities. These pictures may be used in the Newsletter, school brochure, website, Facebook, etc. Some of them may be used in educational research reports for promotional purposes. Parents who do not agree to this must inform the school with a written declaration. 

 

A registration fee ($970 / $1570) is required if a child is accepted to the school. It is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
