Today is the traditional Chinese festival - the Mid-Autumn Festival.
At IIN & IIKG, we celebrated the Mid-Autumn Festival with a feast of traditional foods. Alongside our beloved mooncakes, we learned the fruits of grapefruit, pears, persimmons, taro, and water caltrop.
We also played lanterns and light-and-shadow games with our friends in the beautiful traditional music, which was delightful.
IIKG students use a Tang poem, "Thoughts in the Silent Night," to wish you all a happy Mid-Autumn Festival and happiness and well-being for your family in 2024.
