The XXIII edition of the Week of the Italian Language in the World (SLIM), the main event for the promotion of the Italian language at an international level, opened on 16 October.

The theme of this edition is "Italian and sustainability" and the objective is the promotion, through the Italian language, of the culture of sustainability in all its dimensions: respect for the environment, energy consumption, nutrition.
