On Wednesday the 7th June, our Pre-Nursery classes were so excited to receive a visit from the amazing “Your Wellness Partner”! As they have been busy exploring animals for their current topic ‘Nature’, it was wonderful for the children to have a ‘hands-on’ learning experience as they met three members of the wellness partner family; two very gentle dogs Charlie and Rice Bean and Udon the lizard. They had opportunities to stroke the animals and learn about some of their daily habits such as ‘what they eat’ and ‘where they come from’! What a fantastic opportunity for these children of experiential learning!
