This morning, the Ambassador of Italy, H.E. Massimo Ambrosetti, visited the Italian International Nursery and Kindergarten.

The Ambassador was welcomed by a group of children and visited the School campus, entering the individual classrooms to meet children and teachers and to learn about the educational activities which are inspired by the Reggio Children approach.

At the end of the visit, the Ambassador met some families from the school community.

Amongst these, the Consul General of Hungary to Hong Kong and his spouse, Pál and Eszter Kertész.

Children's rights, multiculturalism, interest in Italian culture and language, global citizenship, cooperation between school and families were at the center of the conversations.

Accompanying the Ambassador were the Consul General Carmelo Ficarra and Vice Consul General Antonietta Cornacchia and the Founders of the School Pauline and Franco Cutrupia.
